Single party accidents (no other vehicle, person, animal or object is involved) are not covered by C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver) when there is a traffic code violation or gross negligence; client is then responsible for the entire amount of damage.
Rental excludes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection. Auto Europe recommends you to check with your credit card company that you are adequately covered for this rental.
