" In Florence where we picked up car they had no maps. She gave us verbal directions and we got lost getting to the autostrada. It was frustrating. I asked her what if we had an accident or needed the police. She told us the contact numbers but did not tell us she didn't have any contracts booklets to give us. She did not provide the green booklet with the contract. (We received one in Arezzo when we switched cars) We had a minor mishap where drivers side mirror was broken off. The book would have answered the questions we had about paperwork that needed to be completed. We called the roadside assistance number. "

The car was excellent condition, the drop off was a brief event. Pricewise it was also a great deal except at the pick up time we had to pay additional 50 euro for snow chains we never used. I though chains were coming with rhe car just as a spare tire. We absolutelly recomend this rental. Thank you Europecar Dont change "

I ended up with a Opel Mokka, which was a compromise. But the counter person was quite helpful in assisting me. "

" Really easy and quick pickup at Firenze (Florence). We chose to pick up across the Arno River so as to avoid any in city driving limitations that most major cities have. The car was clean, odour free (no previous smoke odour) and the checkout was very fast Return was in Rome by the Termini train station. It was not explained to me that the return was in a parkade near the station but we found it easily using the address and a map program. We were late returning the car and had advised them of the lateness two hours before our check in time. Driving for the first time in Rome is harrowing and we would have appreciated an indication of where to fuel close to the drop off. Return was done by key drop and that was easy. "

Even though the tank was virtually full, Eurocar charged a service fee. Other than that, the pick up and drop off was relatively event free, except for finding the place. Make sure you order a GPS for the car in English, because it is not provided by the rental company and you will be lost without it. "

" Check in service was good and the vehicle was clean and new. However the location of the FLR rental centre was weird and 1 km off location. They didn't open and no bus transfer was available in the morning as most international flights was very early AM from FLR. I walked back to the airport with my family waiting at the airport where we dropped off the luggage first. They should at least need to provide a better map between the airport and rental centre. Advice customer about a 10 min walk. "
