" Simply what a rental should be. Giving every reason to first check with Auto Europe before checking with other companies. Good and clean cars, by far best pricing. "

" It was all great until I didn't have time to refill the tank. Europcar charged $106 CAD for a tank of diesel. Seems bit steep to me when I filled the tank for 22 EUR. I did return the car on the Swiss side which should have been cheaper than the actual drop off charge. "

" The service was very satisfactory. I was notified in a timely way that Europcar was not able to provide the requested infant car seat. "
" The rental agent in Zurich was very pleasant and helpful. I particularly appreciated that she did not try to do any up-selling. I had a very unpleasant experience recently with Dollar in Phoenix - aggressive up-selling and deliberately false information to get me to purchase unnecessary insurance. "
