" The staff were great; we were able to cooperate on the car we selected and were happy with the result. The back seat was not as clean as we thought it should be and the snow brush/ice scraper needed replacement. Otherwise we were content. We also got a bit of a break on the price of fuel at the desk because we were unable to find a gas station anywhere near the drop-off. We were happy with the price we were charged on our credit card afterward. "

" The instructions provided on how to get the shuttle to the car rental office was excellent & went as indicated. When I arrived , they were friendly and insured I understood the contract. They asked when I would be returning & explained how they would drive us the the airport for our destination home. The rental car was clean & new & was exactly as indicated. Only concern, I did receive a survey & some other promotional email from you but it came in French & could not click any radio button to translate to English. I sent 2 return emails back asking to resend the emails in English, which I assume this was done, as I'm replying to this. "
