" When we arrived, they had no cars. As this was not the front counters fault, they worked diligently in getting cars for all those in line. As cars arrived, they cleaned them and processed them with haste and got everyone what they needed and on their way. Our car was clean, well maintained and overall, it was an excellent experience. The manager on duty on December 23, 2018 went above and beyond in both service and customer interaction. He deserves much credit for his efforts under the circumstances he was dealing with. "

" After waiting in line almost one hour, the man and his coordonator (Catherine) refused to borrow me a car (already paid with AutoEurope) arguing that the price was good only for Europeen, and not for North American (I am Canadian). So I had to call AutoEurope, who told them they were not right. The man at Dollar was rude, refused to give me his name, refused to talk to AutoEurope. The coordonator had to come and was explained that her rule about Europeen was completly false. It took me almost 90-120 minutes to solve this situation. I finally had the car rented with AutoEurope. Very bad service and experience with Dollar at the aiort of Fort Lauderdale. Will not rent with them again. "
