The IVC terminal consists of two levels and four gates. Air New Zealand flights board or depart via Gate 12 on the top floor or Gates 2 or 3 on the building's ground floor. The final gate (Gate 4) is located on the ground floor and reserved for passengers flying to Stewart Island via Stewart Island Flights.
Refreshments are available in the Invercargill terminal at the Espresso Plus Cafe and Bar and rental car and airport shuttle services are located at the front of the building. IVC staff members are available to answer questions at the tourist information booth and travelers are invited to hang out in the Koru Lounge while waiting for their flight.
