" The tires on the rented vehicle were dangerous and put myself and my family at risk. Not only were they not winter tires, but the all season tires on the vehicles were dangerously low on tread. I was unable to prevent the vehicle from sliding on anything but dry pavement, and was forced to use the transmission and engine braking to safely makeover the vehicle. A terrifying experience and I am an experienced Canadian winter driver that has never been scared behind the wheel anywhere in the world, under any conditions. "

" Had a great experience with Auto Europe. I called many times to change my booking due to flight delays and they were great. Changed my reservation times and excellent customer service. "
" The first car I received had the plastic portion under the front bumper dragging across the ground. I'm not sure how you would miss that, it makes a terrible noise when you're driving it. I went back inside and they upgraded me at no cost, which was nice, but it makes me think that they are not very attentive to the cars and potential safety. "
