" Dealing with Auto Europe was always a good experience. Whenever we needed to change something on our multiple rentals Auto Europe was very accommodating. "

" While our previous three car rentals in Portugal & Spain were great with Avis this was not the case when we picked our car up in Faro. The service agent told us that it would cost 60 euros for the transponder for 7 days which we had an issue with. I told her that we would just pays any tolls by cash or credit card but were told that the tolls in the Algarve were all electronic. We weren't planning to use the toll highway but just in case we agreed to pay it. When we dropped the car off in Lisbon we questioned the fee again and were told the 60 euros included road side assistance. At no time did the agent mention this because if she had we would have declined as we had on all of our previous rentals. "

" It was a good experience as everything went as planned. Was kept informed and sent a reminder couple days before the car pickup what i would require at time of pick up and what I should do in the event of being late for the scheduled pick-up. "

" I had a great experience with Avis at check in and return. The staff were helpful, pleasant to deal with fast and efficient. The only complaint I have is that I was told when I returned the car that the final charges / invoice would be emailed to me and I have not received it yet, however the money has been taken from my account. I'm waiting to see how they deal with the toll charges they did inform me it would be ten days. Do they send me a invoice with a brake down or just charge my credit card? "
