" Overall the experience dealing with Enterprise was easy and convenient. Be aware that the walk to their parking lot at the Athens airport is quite far. We were lucky to have sunshine at pick up and drop off, but if the weather is not nice, it could be an annoyance. "

" Overall this was an easy, stress-free experience. A shuttle picked us up at the airport and transported us to the car pick-up location. The VOLTA4U office was large, open and clean, and employees were professionally dressed, which always gives a good first impression. The car they gave us was the same car we booked, and the price was as previously arranged. The sales rep clearly explained about the funds hold (how much and why) and when it would be returned. The inspection of the car, both on pick up and drop off also went smoothly. We would definitely rent with VOLTA4U again. "

" Pick up at the airport was a little delayed so we had to walk around a little to find the shuttle driver, but it was helpful to have a ride to the VOLTA4U lot. Great location for returning the car, and dropping us off at the metro station so we could easily get back into Athens was also helpful. "

" Auto Europe continues to offer fantastic service, subject to the limitations of the local rental companies. "

" Staff members were very polite and very fast. It was a pleasure dealing with them. However: (1) The vehicle's windshield wipers were worn out and should have been replaced. (2) Three of the tires had low air, one very low. (3) The vehicle had some obvious damage (from previous customers) that had neither been repaired (though I'm sure those customers were charged a fee) nor marked down on the contract. Fortunately the staff member made a correction to the contract without any fuss when we pointed this out. "
