To the president of Auto Europe, all CS representatives and Blake in particular:
The last few years we have been renting our vacation cars exclusively through Auto Europe.
Every time we have been very impressed with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism by your personnel and especially this summer we are grateful to Blake (unfortunately we didn't get his last name) who assisted us thru a rather difficult situation where we had to move the rental contract from one company to another while at the Leonardo Davinci airport in Rome.
Without Blake's high level of customer assistance, which is clearly fostered by Auto Europe, we would have had to spend our vacation traveling by train and hence would have had to re-arrange all our plans and reservations.
Thank you Blake - and his other colleagues we have dealt with in the past - and rest assured that all our friends know about your company and many of them rented cars thru Auto Europe based on our feedback

My wife and I leased a car from you through the buy back system, after a little misunderstanding with the pickup and return, everything went well, and we had a great worry free seven week vacation in Europe. What a great system of leasing a brand new car, and having no worries about insurance and repairs, just keep the fuel tank full. Merry Christmas & Happy New Years.

There are few websites or even companies that show the level of professionalism and intelligence that you guys do. I rented through you last year in the UK for 3 weeks and was totally impressed with the hassel free, non-vague approach with all the info I could ever want about my rental. I was skeptical being the first time paying through a website but was so impressed at how fast my questions were dealt with and the price CANNOT be beat by anyone.
Thank you, thank you, it's so hard to find good service like that anymore!
I shall rent again in the coming weeks for my next trip to the UK!!
