Delivery and Return Instructions

For arrivals on a flight to both the French and Swiss sides of the Geneva Cointrin Airport, proceed to the French Side exit and go to the “Accueil France” (French Information) counter to be met by a Peugeot Open Europe agent. It is important to advise the local office using the telephone numbers below if your flight information changes.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your prearranged date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To drop off your vehicle, park in the car park on the French side and proceed to the French Information desk. To get to the airport from Geneva, take the Route de Ferney, crossing into France, and follow the customs road to the terminal entrance on the French side.
